Here’s my OLDER, but much more beautiful, sister Michelle… taking back her health and life. I am SO proud of her.. but at the same time.. Ashamed of myself.

I make EVERY excuse possible NOT to get in shape… Yes.. round is a shape… but it’s unhealthy also – both physically & mentally.
