Spring

Ah yes... 'tis almost SPRING in the Rockies and I can feel the life starting to awaken from its deep winter sleep (yes.. the bears too).

We were in Vancouver on March 31st and the beautiful cherry blossoms enveloped us. The daffodils were a beautiful yellow and the greenery was EVERYWHERE....

But not here - in Northern Alberta. It was sadly still winter. This weekend seemed to change a lot. It got up to +22oC and everything melted. Our grass is now changing a bit and I noticed today that the trees are starting to get that first fluff - just before the leaves decide to come out.

Oh goody, goody, goody!!!!!!
